Podleski Construction was founded by my wife and I in June of 2023. However I have been in the landscape and construction industry for approximately 6.5 years.

We are based in Rockwall, TX however we service the surrounding areas. Including Heath, Terrell, Garland, Rowlett, Wylie, Frisco, Plano, Allen, Lucas, Princeton, Mclendon-Chisholm, Forney, Fate, Royse City, Caddo Mills, Lavon, Josephine, Mckinney, etc. If you do not see your city listed give us a call and ask!

We believe that our communication, customer service, warranties, quality of work, and being a reputable business is worth being paid for. It takes a lot of effort to establish a business and create a great reputation. I believe that our customers can be at ease when they hire us to do the job because they know the phone will be answered, problems will be addressed, and if we are at fault for something we will pay for it. There are many guys out there who can build a fence or pour concrete, but there are not a whole lot of guys who know what they are doing or will answer the phone when you have a problem. You get what you pay for!

Any business owner can claim that they are the best at their trade or craft. However,

many owners do not have the reviews or volume of content to look through. Across Google and Facebook we have 20+ 5 star reviews and have several pictures and videos of our work spread across Facebook and Instagram. If we could not back up our words with our quality of work and a great experience we would not be able to provide the reviews or content.

Yes, based on the city you are in and the scope of work a permit will be required by the

city. This is included in our quotes. As a contractor, in order to pull a permit we have to register with the city. Which is basic information regarding the business such as address, trades,

insurance, etc. Once registered we can begin to pull the permit, the permit will have basic info regarding the project specifications and the cities requirements.
